This just came out by LG and there were no reviews anywhere but figured I'd give it a shot and return if I was dissapointed. This thing is awesome. Exactly what you are looking for if you just want a simple bar without having to place a woofer somewhere. Perfect for general living room application, I also use this as my home stereo system, it's awesome. There are various equalizer functions and you can control the volume of the subwoofers. Its has full range of sound, tested with studio and live music. I first bought the <$100 vizio bar because consumer reports said it packed some punch for a low price, which was true, but it just didnt have the range I needed, was missing frequencies, didnt have a professional sound. This baby is full range, sounds great at low and high volume. Can feel the kick drum and bass lines, explosions. I dig it. My wife said no way to a woofer, and this had to fit in a 35.5 inch cabinet. Fits perrrfectly with my TCL LE39FHDF3300TA 39-Inch 1080p LED HDTV with 2-Year Limited Warranty (Black). Love my new setup, friends are gonna be envious of the audio I've got and can still close the cabinet and make it look pretty for my interior designer bride. Awesome.

There were not many reviews when I purchased this product and I have to admit I found that feedback a little misleading. The only area of disappointment was sound volume, it just did not live up to my expectations. I'm using the sound bar in a very small room and it's certainly loud enough to carry the room for normal TV viewing, but using this outside of a small room would probably leave much to be desired. I would feel much better about the price investment of this product with stronger volume capabilities. I would not say it's worse than other sound bars out there and may even argue it's slightly better than some, but just not what I was hoping for after reading some of the other reviews. I'm also VERY disappointed this product does not support Bluetooth sync from my cell phone or Kindle considering the other 2 sound bars in this line do support that function. HUGE missed opportunity!!!There are certainly positives to this product which is why I eventually decided to keep it (I considered returning it for a week or so). I absolutely love all the HDMI inputs/outputs!!! Based on my research at the time, I could not find a sound bar with similar features anywhere near this price point. The quality of sound is actually outstanding, very clear. The design is pretty sleek and it takes up minimal space which was very important to me considering I have a very small room.Overall I would recommend this product for the positive reasons I mentioned below, but just take critical feedback into consideration when weighing the pro's and con's. It's a high quality product and should exceed your expectations depending on your primary buying factors.

There was only one review when I purchased this. I was worried as I like to do my homework before making a decision like this, but the first reviewer was correct, this sound bar is terrific. I had a bit of a problem hooking it up, but that's me, not the best with electronics. LG's customer service came to my rescue and was able to help in as little as 5 minutes! AND, got to speak to a human in under a minute. The sound is a 100% improvement over the TV speakers. I highly recommend!
