I am impressed by this little setup. I got a 2.1 soundbar system primarily because I didn't want to bother running cables all over the place, so I also appreciate the wireless subwoofer. Setup was extremely simple, though I had to manually program the remote commands into my Logitech Harmony remote. The break-out box that this system comes with is a bit unique among soundbar solutions, but there's a good reason for it: the soundbar can be split into separate left and right channels! That was one of the primary reasons I went with this system instead of another 2.1 soundbar. The widest soundbars are only about 42", whereas my 70" TV is well over 60" wide. Allowing the soundbar to split into traditional satellite speakers was a huge benefit to me both aesthetically and for the sake of getting decent stereo sound.Speaking of sound, these speakers are as good as can be expected. They are leaps and bounds better than built-in TV speakers, but they're not high-end either. To my untrained ear, they sounded a bit muted in the middle of the frequency range when compared to my studio monitors. Still, for the size and price, I'm perfectly happy with the sound quality. I was a bit worried about wireless subwoofers, but I haven't noticed any lag or connection issues after about three weeks of ownership. The subwoofer automatically connects to the rest of the system when it's turned on and there was *zero* configuration necessary to make that happen. Great!The final nice thing about these speakers is the design itself. They are very modern looking, and the speaker wires are excellently hidden so they come out the side of the base (when configured as satellites) and are completely invisible when viewed from most angles.HOWEVER, I was also hoping to make use of the bluetooth connectivity that this system offers, and there I have been sorely disappointed. There is significant distortion in the sound when connected via bluetooth when compared to my Logitech bluetooth receiver. This isn't the biggest problem in the world, but it's enough for me to knock a star off its rating. You can always use a different bluetooth receiver and plug it into this system. However, DO NOT buy this system with the intention of using its bluetooth connection. I believe there is a USB port on the back for "service", so I'm hoping that Panasonic might release a firmware update or something to resolve the problem.

Best purchase I have made on line for a long time. Does exactly what it was advertised to do and with the split possibilities and the option as a single sound bar makes this very versatile.
