Easily connect a TV, satellite/cable receiver, DVD player, game console, and MP3 player with the included RCA and component cables. You can play and charge your iPod or iPhone at the same time through the dock on the left hand side of the sound bar. There is an FM radio built in to each sound bar along with a 3.5mm audio input for plugging in other music devices. Each sound bar has bass and treble controls with preset EQ, as well as optical digital audio input, subwoofer output, and stereo RCA audio inputs. The iLive Sound Bar has a built-in power adapter and is wall mountable, so you can listen to your favorite music, movie or game without taking up any shelf space. A negative LCD display with clock and sleep timer make the iLive Sound Bar the only speaker you will need! I wanted to buy this from amazon last week but it wasn't 79.99. I ended up getting in from K-Mart(I know right?). This thing does pack a punch. It greatly amplifies the sound on my tv, it can get really loud and sports some nice bass for a simple system. I mainly wanted this for my TV, but it works great with your ipod/iphone as well (except for the 5). The remote that is included is very good! You can turn the device on and off and change the source of where the sound comes from and the eq. I would recommend this to anyone who isn't an audiophile and just wants to get a much better sound from their flat screen tv which are notorious for having poor stock speakers.

first of all, I really enjoy the clock and ipod dock, its great, but the functionality of the product is whack, it says you can hook up to a tv and watch videos. Well, good luck with that because I work on electronics and this kind of stuff comes easy to me, and this sound bar is not easy to use! the ease of use is not ease at all, the way it works just doesn't make sense, the engineering is sub par at best
